The Reading First - Ohio Center (RFOC) is a partnership between the Ohio Department of Education, Cleveland State University, John Carroll University and the University of Akron.
The primary goal of the center is to help K-3 teachers acquire the knowledge and skills they need to provide effective reading instruction.
Our participants learn how to use data-based instructional decision-making, accurate diagnoses and powerful interventions to ensure children's progress.
