Instructor Development

e-Read Ohio Instructors receive on-the-job training through our structured instructor hierarchy. During your first online teaching experience, you will be assisted by an instructor who has already taught an online course. Instructors are monitored during courses and are evaluated after course completion by mentor instructors. As you become more experienced, additional opportunities will arise where you may be eligible for more responsibilities. Our structure builds on secondary instructors as the novices, primary instructors as experienced teachers, and mentor instructors are leaders for the whole group.
